It was in 1994 that the adventure HERBAROM began in Aouste-sur-Sye, in the Drôme valley (26). It was born from the passion of a man, Dominique Ardouvin, for plants; and with a conviction, to extract the best from what nature offers us.

Thanks to its solid knowledge of phytotherapy, HERBAROM has become a master in the field of designing essential oils and plant extracts for human and animal health.

Its expertise lies in the structuring and development of local raw material sectors thanks to historical partnerships with growers, in its mastery of extraction and distillation techniques that respect the material, and in its formulation expertise to offer complete and innovative aromatic solutions to its customers.

Three years later, his son, Luc Ardouvin joined the family adventure to bring the commercial dimension and the adaptation of our offer to the needs of our customers.

He first of all initiated a diversification into the production of food supplements, convinced of the potential of using essential oils as a medium and the complementarity of these two activities.

He develops and structures the group, while preserving the original DNA over time.

Thus, for more than 30 years, we have acquired unique and recognized know-how in sourcing, supply chain, extraction, formulation, manufacturing and regulatory support.

Today, HERBAROM is a group with a rich cross-functionality, specializing in natural solutions, with two major areas of expertise covering the entire value chain of our industry:
